Groundbreaking on Clark County Emerald Home

Evergreen Habitat for Humanity, in partnership with Clark County and Quail Builders, is building a home a local family. The family will see a 60% reduction in their energy costs. The home is designed to pick up solar heat with its array of windows facing south. The driveway is made of porous concrete to allow water penetration.
